3. How to pay with credit card?

Step 01. After selecting "Credit Card Payment Method" to confirm the checkout, you will be redirected to the Fill in Credit Card Information page, please fill in your credit card information.

Step 02.The order is completed after the delivery is confirmed.

4. How to refund?

Step 01.Click on the account in the upper right corner and click on "Buyer Center".

Step 02.Click "My Order", then click "Pending Shipment" to inquire about the order you want to request a refund for.

Step 03.Click on the order details and click "Apply for Refund".

Step 04.Fill in the reason for the refund. If the order is paid via ATM, please fill in the bank account you want to use in receiving the refund, then click "Send".

5.How to search for the item I want to buy?

There are two ways you can do this:

1. Enter the full name of the product or related keywords in the search box. You will find products in different stores.

2. Browse the category the product belongs to. You can view all products under the same category. You can also browse related products from the popular products board.

1. What is EZ WAY?

EEZ WAY's Chinese name is Yiliwei (易利委), an import certification system enforced by Taiwan government since May 16th, 2020. For all international express packages or overseas (cross-border) shopping packages, the customs system will run random checks when importing, and verify whether the recipient has completed the EZWAY registration. If the registration is completed, the package will proceed to the next stage. However, if the registration is not completed, the package will be delayed or stranded in the customs clearance process which will not begin until the recipient has successfully registered.

2. How to use EZ WAY?

The registration process of the app "EZ WAY" is very fast, you only need to fill in your personal information and confirm whether the mobile number belongs to the registered person, if it’s the registered person’s phone number, the telecom authentication mode will be used. If it is not the registered person’s phone number (or in case the authentication fails), the "SMS Authentication" mode is adopted. After the registration is completed, the name of the consignee and the mobile phone number declared by the subsequent customs declaration operator will be verified by the customs clearance system as real-name authentication. If the customs declaration information is correct, confirm with one finger to replace the original paper appointment operation.

3.What items may not be shipped to Taiwan?

The following is a list of common prohibited items:

■ Gunpowder:pyrotechnics, crackling guns, ammunition, ignition devices, explosives, fuses, etc...

■ High-pressure gas:high-pressure spray cans, supplementary gas for lighters, oxygen cylinders for diving, gas stoves for camping, canned gas, fire extinguishers, high-pressure dust removal air tanks, portable oxygen tanks, helium cylinders, chlorofluorocarbons, gas heaters, Automobile suspension system, shock absorber containing gas, etc...

■ Flammable liquids:lighters, windproof blue flame lighters, lighter fluids, alcohol, paints, thinners, protective paints, wood varnishes and enamels, adhesives/glues, varnishes, perfumes, nail polishes, polish removers, weather bottles, Tempo Drop, etc...

■ Flammable substances:matches, charcoal, lamp oil, various heaters (petroleum, kerosene, diesel), etc...

■ Oxidizing substances:small personal oxygen generators, bleach, hydrogen peroxide, hair dyes, etc...

■ Toxic substances:steaming insecticides, pesticides, chloroform, cement, etc...

■ Radioactive substances:uranium, plutonium, cesium, thorium, nuclear waste, etc...

■ Corrosive substances:liquid batteries, mercury, etc...

■ Other dangerous substances:drugs, magnets, engines, dry ice, refrigerants, asbestos, drugs, psychotropic substances and any items that may affect consciousness, lottery tickets, air guns, model guns, molded knives (art knives), livestock and pet food, plants (soil, potted plants, seeds, etc.), soil, fertilizers, fresh food, live animals, items restricted by international conventions, rare animal skins, precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, etc.), gold and gold products, diamonds and other precious stones (whether processed or not), pearls, preparations containing blood, counterfeit currency, postage stamps or stamps, important national property, important cultural heritage and works of art, pirated copies of CD-ROMs, items of unknown origin, credit cards, securities, tickets (Entertainment tickets, transportation tickets, etc.), air tickets, animal leather, fur and their products (conservation, reptiles, amphibians, mammals and other animals) wolf, bear, rhinoceros, and other prohibited animal leather, fur, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes. 5. Unable to log in

If you find that your account cannot be logged in, please click the flag icon on the upper right to change the delivery destination to your location. Then enter the login page. After entering the account password, please confirm whether the country code in front of the account is the same as the registration. If you registered in Taiwan, please change it to +886, and if you registered in Thailand, please change it to +66.

6.Unable to register

If you find that you cannot register, please click the flag icon on the upper right to change the delivery destination to your location. Then enter the registration page, and after entering the account password, please confirm whether the country code in front of the account is the same as the country where you are located (Taiwan +886, Thailand +66). If you choose to use other methods to register today, please fill in the mobile phone screen to confirm whether the country code in front of the mobile phone number is correct.

7.What is a partial refund?

If some of the products you ordered are under one of these conditions: (1) the seller is out of stock, (2) the logistics company, customs, etc. are prohibited from shipping, or (3) there are other special circumstances that prevent smooth shipment, the product price and shipping cost of the disputed product will be refunded to you by PChome Thai according to your payment method. If a discount coupon is used for the order, the refunded amount will be refunded after deducting the same proportion of the discount coupon amount.


If you pay with a credit card, PChome Thai will transfer the refund to the original card account.
If you pay by ATM transfer, please log in to the Buyer Center after receiving the notification from PChome Thai, and fill in the bank account you want to receive the refund. PChome Thai will refund the money according to the account information you filled in.

【Order related issues】

1. Can I still modify the delivery address and phone number after the order is established?

After the order is confirmed, you will not be able to modify the delivery address and phone number. Please confirm the address and phone number in the ‘Edit Recipient Information’ before proceeding to checkout.

2. Is it possible to modify the quantity of the product after the order is established?

Once the order is confirmed, you will not be able to modify the quantity of the item.

3. Can I change the payment method after the order is established?

Once the order is confirmed, you will not be able to modify the payment method.

4. How to check the order content?

After the payment is completed, you can enter the order number in the search field on the right side of the "Buyer Center" and click "Order Details" to view the products you have ordered.

5. How will I know if the order is established?

After the order is confirmed, you will receive a Billing opening notification letter. You can also confirm that the order is pending shipment in the Buyer Center.

6. How long will it take to receive the goods after shipment?

You can check the delivery time after the seller receives the order on the product page.

The preparation time refers to the preparation time for the seller to actually send the package after receiving the notification that the payment has been completed. After the seller ships the goods, you can expect to receive the goods within 3~5 days after delivery. You can track the status of your goods through the order inquiry. If you leave your phone number when ordering, the logistics provider will also call you.

If you do not answer the phone the first time, the logistics company will notify you to pay attention to the phone call before shipping again.

【Shipping issues】

1. How to calculate product weight and volume?

The estimated weight and volume of the product are calculated based on the weight and size of the product set by the seller or provided by the manufacturer. The logistics company will calculate the price according to the weight of the product or the volume weight (calculated using the formula: length x width x height (cm) / 6000 = volume weight (kg)) whichever is greater.

【Related duty tax issues】

1. Platform duty tax regulation

PChome Thai entrusted logistics services including customs duty payment service. The price of food, non-medicinal cosmetics, clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, daily necessities, etc. includes import duties and business taxes on goods be imported into Taiwan.

The import duty or business tax of 3C electronic products, valuable metals, or high-priced products will be based on the Taiwan Customs random inspection and the consignee's actual reimbursement.

2. What is the duty tax?

The duty tax is the amount of tax levied by the state on the import and export of goods across its borders. Relevant taxes include common import tax, excise tax, business tax, as well as special tobacco and alcohol tax, anti-dumping tax, etc.

3. Customs declaration

In response to the latest announcement of the Customs Administration, goods imported into Taiwan must first comply with the declaration on the EZWAY APP before they can pass the customs smoothly.

4. Conditions for exempting imported food from applying for import inspection:

According to the Ministry of Health and Welfare Announcement No. 1041303340 dated November 5, 104, imported food and related products (excluding tablet and capsule food) are for personal use, the value is less than 1,000 US dollars, and the weight is less than 6 kgs are exempted from applying for input inspection. Imported goods and pre-loaded items imported by inbound passengers are subject to a single item (non-total weight) of 6 kgs as the upper limit; if your ordered food category exceeds the above limit, your goods will be subject to inspection, customs declaration delay and delivery ranging from 7-30 days .

2. What is the time limit for a refund application?

Buyers can go to the order details to apply for a refund before the goods are shipped. After the goods are shipped, they will not receive refunds unless the goods are sent incorrectly or damaged.

3. When can I receive my refund?

PChome Thai can complete the refund within 1-2 working days after your order is canceled (including the seller's confirmation of the refund). However, due to different bank operating hours, the actual refund date will vary according to the issuing bank, usually about 7-14 working days.

4. What should I do if there is a problem with the delivered product(s)?

PChome Thai does not accept returns. If you encounter product defects, damage caused by shipping, etc., please refer to the refund process below.

1.Provide photos of the arriving goods and carton. Please remember to take pictures of the damage; the damaged goods as well as the internal and external damage of the carton. In addition, please do not discard damaged products, cartons, bubble wrap, and other packaging materials, and please do not open the packaging for other undamaged products.

2.Contact customer service:Please select your order number on the buyer center and leave your message after clicking contact the seller button. Also, you can find the Contact us button at the end of the website to directly contact our customer service in Taipei. Kindly leave us your order number for the smooth process. After receiving your message, the customer service will contact you and further request the relevant information. After the information is confirmed, we will check the amount of the refunded item(s) and return the shipping fee to you.

5. The product cannot be delivered

If the following circumstances occur, it is deemed that you agree to abandon the purchased goods, PChome Thai will not give further notice, and you may not request the products, refund or claim related damages later.

Undeliverable:

1.After PChome Thai or its cooperative logistics provider, according to the relevant announcements or instructions of PChome Thai, notify you of the delivery but you refuse to accept it, or cannot be reached so there is no one to receive it.

2.The delivery address you filled in is incorrect and incomplete, resulting in the failure of PChome Thai's cooperative logistics provider to make a successful delivery.

3.The goods are detained by the customs or confiscated by other authorities, or because you have not followed the relevant import procedures for customs declaration, payment of customs duties, or fulfillment of statutory obligations such as inspection obligations.
